Founded in 2015, Myriota set out to revolutionise the Internet of Things (IoT) by offering low-cost and long battery life global connectivity. Based in Adelaide, Myriota has made ground breaking technology commercially available for partners worldwide.
Working with Newstyle Print, Myriota has created heavy duty packaging for their AssetHawk QuickStart Kit. For this spotlight, we decided to have a chat with Catherine Graves, the director of marketing at Myriota.
How did you find out about Newstyle Print?
Our previous Marketing Manager, Jesse Scheer, had worked with Newstyle Print and recommended them. From the start, their professionalism and high-quality work made a strong impression.
Did you have a design in mind for your packaging before reaching out?
We had a general idea of what we required in terms of colours, branding, and overall look, and we trusted the Newstyle Print team to take that direction and come back with the best design for our packaging.
What made you choose to work with us?
Sande Bruce (Sales) has always been proactive and incredibly responsive, consistently delivering excellent service and a very high standard of work. The team at Newstyle Print produces quality results we can rely on, and we also really value the opportunity to work with and support a South Australian company.
Is it important that your packaging is Australian made?
Yes, definitely. Supporting Australian manufacturing is important to us, and we take pride in knowing our packaging is made locally with high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
The box sleeve was printed on 250gsm Barry Bleach board, with anti-scuff matt plasticote on top, then die-cut and creased. The box, printed on 170gsm Satin Art with a striking PMS blue, then matt plasticoted and mounted onto white e-flute to create a sturdy yet sleek looking finish.
